Strut Your Stuff

This is a follow-up posting of a wonderful collaboration Dan-T had invited Debra and I to contribute to.  Dan had posted it well over a year ago as a backing track to a dramatic French Fantasy production.  With his kind permission after the delay of a year, I wanted to post this as a celebration of a different kind of drama--life awakening from a long winter sleep. Dan's synths are sweeping and epic, Debbie's playing is measured and elegant like the words in a fine poem.  The Requinto guitar has a sweet voice sounding a bit like a Celtic harp to round out the production. The Smoking Trout continue our tale of the Quest for the Holy Dumpling. This time we're joined by our biggest crew yet! Stonerjazz (Jeff) got us started and somehow the whole process unfolded quite organically from there. TexMex Shaman (Stephen), Jo Richter, Tot (Masa), Jeff and Tea R Sea (Terry) are regularly recurring members of the band. We are happy to welcome Wivresse (Carine) and Neil Harding as new guest contributors. This was tons of fun as always, and a truly global collaboration spanning Japan, France, Germany, UK, and USA.

Those individuals on wheels had a hard time finding their feed. Hungry they were - for that special dumpling that connects you to anything pagans and believers alike deem holy. Although endowed with holgraphic properties, you can't walk on clouds unless they are numbered. They kept drifting upwards, therefore, slowly upwards until they hit the ceiling called Mars. Mars always happens to be where your head needs something to bump against. That's the nature of war.

 - The typical example of a musical title that artificial intelligence will never be able to design or produce.
The remarkable precision of our electronic music is far too perfect, it lacks colors, emotions, imperceptible details of imprecision which gives it a different flavor.
So I inflict hours of torment on myself in this area to break and circumvent this precision, which is certainly a good thing, but which harms the development of my music which I wish to be human.
