Its amazing to know how much the Borgen Project is working towards irradiating poverty. I am honoured to be part of this organisation . Much more to learn on how to make this world a better place to live.

Clint's story is really impressive and I could not be more proud to be collaborating as Political Affairs Intern in the UK for the Borgen Project! Especially now that the project evolved and expanded oversea to the UK!

After hearing them talk I feel even more honored to be a part of the borgen program. As a public relations intern, I believe I will learn a lot from Clint's story that will help me communicate better and shift my perception of the world as a whole!

After hearing the prevailing issues surrounding the lack of legislation surrounding global poverty before the Borgen Project, I feel even more honoured to be part of such a progressive and alturistic organisation that promotes the betterment of different countries and cities. As a political affairs intern i'm excited to use my abilities and mobilise different opportunities especially concerning UK legislation and policy

Very informative interview. I just started interning with The Borgen Project, and this interview provided useful information on how to actually get started approaching and engaging in issues.

While ending poverty is imperative for obvious humanistic and social justice reason, I think using capitalist growth and the profit motive as the reason why people should be lifted out of poverty seems short-sighted. Primarily, because aggressive global capitalism played a huge role in setting up cycles of poverty in the first place. Tackling inequality through mechanisms that embed inequality even further...what are the real implications of this?

Clint Borgen very succinctly described his grassroots organization and what they are doing in order to reduce poverty across the globe. As a Political Affairs intern with The Borgen Project, I'm excited to take this fight to my local district and mobilize the "silent majority" that I believe is not only present in my district, but throughout the United States as well.

I'm not sure it's good to feature this interview - there is a lot of talk about 737s - Borgen might not want to be associated with the Boeing problems
