So i started this track off with a beat as i do with all my tracks which ended up with a great bouncey rhythm. Added a bass line and some synths which produced this Daft Punk like sound so i had a bunch of Daft Punk acapellas on my hard drive added those into the mix as well as other bits and came up with this mid tempo tune called "Daft Funk".

Being quite proud of the body of original Ghetto Funk tunes we’ve released to date, we’ve thrown open our own vaults to some of our in-house producers to have their wicked way with us. The results are astounding…it certainly takes the breath away!

Having Dj'd now for over 10 years on a weekly basis,  as well as producing his own tunes for many years, with a stack of ep's and success already under his belt, Kenny brings his signature style of Bass driven melodies, hard hitting drums with a funky edge to the Bombstrikes Family.

With his debut release for the label - 'The Crown Jewels Ep', Kenny shows off his style to full effect here with 3 diverse tracks of the highest quality. The title track heads straight for peak time dancefloor mayhem with it's familiar sounding flute refrain and sub bass madness. 'Funky Party People" heads more for the P-Funk esque style and does exactly what it says on the tin. Lastly, 'Let's Get ill' just oozes the funk on so many levels which shows why Kenny Beeper is one to watch out for.

Hot on the heels of his recent exclusive and one of the stand out tracks of the recent Bass Funk Volume 5 compilation album, Ninjula returns to Bombstrikes with a new EP - Spanish Princess. The L.A. producer continues to do things his way with mastery of all things Bass and Glitch, delivering 3 tracks of the highest quality that continue to push boundaries of not just styles and genres but also production as well.


The title track 'Spanish Princess' plays off two completely individual styles, the more traditional flamenco sounds of Spain against Ninjula's own full on assault of energy and bass. On paper this shouldn't work, but somehow, he has managed to twist this into a next level track. Next up is 'You Know I Like It' which is based around the catchiest funk guitar riff and vocal hook this side of summer, combined with Ninjula's trademark beats and bass for maximum effect. Lastly, 'What You Got' which shows another side of Ninjula's wide range of musical influences with a more industrial and epic cinematic journey.

The Captain is an Italian producer & DJ widely known in the Funky Breaks and Ghetto Funk scene who takes his fans on a musical journey by turning all-time classics hits into contemporary dancefloor dynamite. The Captain has created a unique signature sound taking inspiration from the golden decades of classic rhythm and blues, soul, latin, hip-hop, and rock-n-roll and mixing it with modern dance music and beats. His highly praised output of vinyl and digital releases on labels such as Resense, Goodgroove, ESL, BBP, and Ghetto Funk have been consistently topping the Juno Charts the last several years. The Captain’s following has widen through extensive exposure through national and international radio airplay and interviews (BBC, WDR, RAI, Triple J) and television appearances.
