Federico Parigi aka Defbeat, was born in Turin, Italy, in 1988. He began DJing in the Italian city in many clubs including The Beach, Patio Club, Suono, Jam Club and many more. 
At age 20 he began producing and had instant success releasing with labels such as Move The Masses, Hype Muzik, Revolucion Records and Senssual Records.
After moving to London for his studies in Digital Audio and Music Systems Engineering, he got hired as a showcase DJ in London for Sensual Records. 
2010 saw Defbeat as a Sensual Records resident DJ at Ministry Of Sound which has allowed him to play for events such as Defected In The House, Objektivity, Global Underground, We love and to play with DJs such as Dennis Ferrer, Funkagenda, Wally Lopez, Martinez Bros., Christian Varela, Arno Cost, Michael Woods, DJ Gregory, Tensnake and more.
