Мліючи в димі хвальби,
Роззявили пащі, мов кратери,
— Ми — символ доби.
— Хто не з нами, той проти Бога.

І сипались лаври убогі
До куцих кривавих ніг.
Нікчемна, продажна челядь,
Банда кривляк для втіх,
Щоб мати що повечерять,
Годувала холуйством їх.
Бо щире, високе небо
Не підмалюєш квачем,
Бо величі справжній не треба
Спиратись на плечі нікчем.
