Always The Present

“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

We are created “in his own image” (Gen 1:27). God thought of us then created. In the same way, we create out of our imagination – we are like him! We can have an image in our minds – a work of art, a wooden table or a recipe or yes, even an adventure, and then we can create it – limited only of course by our finite abilities. You could say our imagination is at the heart of every problem ever solved, every story ever told, or ‘thing’ ever made.

Is your faith low, or even non-existent? Do you have questions or doubts? Faith is a gift God has given us, and through our response in prayer we draw nearer to the Great Initiator, who wants us to know his love for us in an ever more profound and deep way. It is in prayer that God reveals himself as a personal and loving Father. It is in prayer that we grow in understanding, love and patience. By making that step of faith in prayer the truth becomes more real and we see more clearly.
