Psyched to present you a mix by italian legend Daniele Baldelli !

Few DJs can claim to have had such a lasting impact as Daniele Baldelli. Throughout the ’70s and into the ’80s he was an instrumental figure in the development of the curious Italian sound known as Afro/cosmic music, or “cosmic disco” as it’s known today.

His residencies at Italy’s Baia Degli Angeli and Cosmic clubs are the stuff of dance music legend, and mixtapes of his wild multi-genre sets are still poured over by eager fans and internet trainspotters alike. His unique techniques and off-the-wall selections continue to be employed by adventurous DJs working the international circuit to this day.

Oro Negro is a duo formed by Das Falco and More Lotion ; musicians, DJs, designers, and producers from Tijuana. Active since 2014 with a selection leaning toward dance tracks produced between 1977 and 1993, they have managed to position themselves in the electronic music party circuit on both sides of Mexico's northern border. Co-Founders of Discoteca Seducción, residents of Marko Disko (2022), and also residents of the mythical Sunday Sunday party, Oro Negro are no strangers to a tasteful dancefloor. Tijuana Strong. Marco produces and performs live with felllow band members as well as DJs (alone)under the moniker MLiR or Modern Life is Rubbish. He is also one of the deep-digging minds behind the infamous @magicteapotrecords online store, still operating, but now via Soundcloud and Instagram accounts instead, where you can keep up with their freshest digs and latest finds. Marco is a tireless digger, encompassing many, if not all genres and has a long history of presenting great mixes to the world. This one has been a while in the making, so we are sure you will find this a very interesting listen. There will be more mixes coming up fairly soon, so stay tuned for more over the next few months
