Preconditioned refers to repetitive emotional states of which we are often unaware. We think we are directing something, but ultimately we find ourselves in repetitive situations as if we were in a kind of machine that dictates what to do in our daily lives. These are pre-established experiences, like a very complex code that takes time to decipher, but with the passage of time, years, and life experience, you manage to open the portal to that code and gain tools to become aware of the preconditioning established by everything around you. You evolve beyond all of that to a new state where the struggle is no longer necessary.
