We are proud to introduce "Only Way Out Is Thru," the latest release from Miami’s trailblazing electronic music producer and DJ, LAMEBOT. 

Known for his innovative blend of Future Bass and Jersey Club, LAMEBOT impresses with tracks filled with booming bass lines, creative drum patterns, and luminous synths.

This EP marks the artist’s first official release under our label, although his presence has been felt through electrifying live performances and collaborative remix projects, including his recent work with Ukrainian talent, Low Communication. These efforts highlight our commitment to breaking new ground in music and supporting exceptional artists.

"Only Way Out Is Thru" is a compelling three-track journey through the realms of jungle, drum & bass, and hybrid club sounds. Each track narrates themes of survival, transformation, and the relentless pursuit of moving forward. The EP also features innovative remixes by our very own Pablo Funk and Strange Bass associate, MadSavvy.

Together, the tracks form more than just an EP—they capture the push and pull between struggle and release, discipline and chaos, solitude and the dancefloor. "Only Way Out is Thru" stands as a declaration of growth from an artist who continues to bridge underground sounds across borders, from Miami's after-hours to UK club culture, Brazilian baile funk, and beyond.

Low Communication is the musical project of Bohdan Linchevskyi from Ukraine. Originally an ambient endeavor, it has evolved into a more elusive and genre-fluid expression. His work has been released by respected labels such as Byrd Out, Neotantra, and last year under our sublabel, EQ. 

In his latest release, “12 AM Not For Sleeping”, with EC Underground, the artist presents some of his most percussively intense work to date. Expect intricate drum breaks, spoken word fragments, raw textures, aggressive melodies, and, as always, a subtle ambient thread running beneath the surface. This release features a collection of six remixers from our roster: J-LOWER, Evry, Eden Grey, DJ Track, Aderacid, and LAMEBOT.

Recorded in a small village on the Costa Brava – surrounded by seagulls, tramontana winds, and sea urchin-covered rocks – this mix comes from the laid-back Barcelona neighbourhood of Gràcia, where Parisian-born Antoine Harispuru, better known as Golden Bug, has made his home.

With a career spanning over fifteen years, Golden Bug has become known for his unique signature: drum machines in a haze of smoke, chopped-up sounds with a machete edge, drenched in delay – a raw, kaleidoscopic patchwork of electronica, dub, and psychedelia.

His work has graced  labels including La Belle Records (his own imprint), Les Disques de la Mort, Höga Nord, Gomma, Multi Culti, and Kompakt. This mix hits as the anniversary edition of Piscolabis II, where Golden Bug teams up once again with artists from around the world to craft a new series of aural excursions. From digital reggae to cinematic electronica with Londoner Simone Butler (of Primal Scream) and Brazilian artist Max Blum, to mutant disco with Franco-Italian musician Kim Giani, via slow-burning, incandescent techno led by the captivating voice of Greek singer Scarlett O’Hanna, and krautrock infused with dub in collaboration with London-based Phoebe Coco. These six tracks offer a bold and refreshing reinterpretation of the original album: a rich, textured sonic journey shaped by diverse and unexpected influences.


 
Among the selections, you’ll find current favouites like SAVE’s Rainy Monday — a digital dub gem from Marc Nguyen’s project on Ivan Smagghe’s Les Disques de la Mort, alongside recent discoveries like Blotter Trax’s Superconductor on Optimo.
