Two weeks ago, following almost a year of international hearsay and speculation, celebrated Danish band WhoMadeWho unveiled the details and upcoming release date of their seventh full-length studio album UUUU lnk.to/WhoMadeWho_UUUU A thirteen-track opus set for release on May 27 via German imprint Embassy One, the album announcement was marked by the release of the huge collaborative album title track with Rampa – UUUU.

Now, with the release of the band’s long player just a fortnight away, WhoMadeWho unleash one final pre-album gift, as they enlist Berlin-based producer and Keinemusik co-founder &ME to provide his own resplendent interpretation of the ethereal six-minute album single.

One of the most in-demand artists in electronic music today, there are very few producers on the circuit who can lay claim to such an abundant slew of dancefloor juggernauts as &ME. The man behind tracks including Muyé, Discoteca, The Rapture Pt.II and perhaps most notably his 2019 remix of Guy Gerber’s What To Do, the past few years has also seen &ME help spearhead the huge international success of the Keinemusik collective, alongside esteemed label mates Rampa, Adam Port and Reznik.

Delivering a beautifully nuanced underground house cut, awash with luscious analogue textures, restrained rhythms and a blissful groove that bolsters the record across its duration, &ME’s remix is an absolute masterclass from the off; its pulsating heartbeat and teasing builds sweeping and soaring with intense delight. Subtle yet immense, the remix is produced with the poise and elegance of an artist who has been captivating minds with his music for over fifteen years – an artist whose ability to link innovative production with consensual reception making him one of the most unique and original figures in the game.

Hailing from a background deeply rooted in music, The Editor honed his craft and expertise, culminating in a master's degree in Electronic Music & Sound Design from the prestigious Berklee College of Music. Currently serving as a mentor at Berklee, The Editor continues to inspire and educate aspiring musicians.

In 2019, The Editor's exceptional sound design work on AudioKit Pro's synthesizer DIGITAL D1 HYBRID SYNTH earned the synth a prestigious spot in the Top 3 iOS Music Apps of 2018 Music Radar Awards. His contributions extend further with sound packs for Traction's synths BioTek 2 and Subtractive, as well as being part of a sound design team alongside Taiho Yamada and Wolfram Franke, creating the factory sound bank for F.'em synth. Additionally, The Editor crafted a sound bank for Taiho Yamada's MINIRAZE synth by MOK, further solidifying his impact in the industry.

Vasil Ivanov The Editor is an electronic music artist hailing from Bulgaria. He began his musical journey at a young age with piano lessons by Zornitsa Radionova.The following year, he released his debut album with his band EDIT, which received critical acclaim and earned a nomination for club track of the year on MMtv. In 2005. 
Over the next several years, he continued to release many tracks and singles with his band EDIT, solidifying his reputation as a talented electronic music artist. 
In November 2010, The Editor left EDIT to pursue a solo career under his current artist name. He has since released numerous tracks and remixes on labels such as Insomnia FM, Balloon Records, Nueva, and George V Records. 
In 2014, he made a remix of Mozart's Opera Queen of the Night, which was featured on Buddha-Bar Classical Chillharmonic. He later earned a master's degree in Electronic Music & Sound Design from the prestigious Berklee College of Music, where he currently works as a mentor.
