Toria Garbutt is a poet and performer from Knottingley, West Yorkshire. 
She tours extensively in the UK and Europe with John Cooper Clarke and has published two poetry collections with Wrecking Ball Press.

The music is by Barry Snaith, recording artist, producer, multi instrumentalist. He also releases music as TIJ (The Inconsistent Jukebox), is one half of Euro Goth-Electronica duo, m1nk, and has recently released an album of his soundscapes for award-winning, BAFTA-Festival-qualifying VR games and apps, which is where he and Toria first met. He’s also recorded with Chrissie Hynde and toured with The Ramones. 
Barry currently lives just outside Manchester. England.

this is definitely one of my more prosaic songs and i don’t love it, but wrote it to help me get through a tough time and it served me in that way. maybe someone going through a similar situation could appreciate it
