So leave it to me and my batshit insane head to turn a perfectly good electro house tune into a hardcore track.

So yeah, about a month ago Meganeko (@https://soundcloud.com/robothuggles) came pretty much out of nowhere and released a monster of an EP. Robot Language, the tile tune of said EP, is an absolute riot of a track that I felt rightfully deserved the hardcore treatment. A few stems from Ms. Neko herself and a more work than I care to admit, I've come up with this banging rework that I think you crazy cats will enjoy.

I'll make a longer version if enough people bug me. I only hit the chorus one, but I wouldn't mind hitting it again.

Spending hours, days, months, etc., crafting a collage of samples into a cohesive piece of new music is awesome art, and one Shawn Wasabi (@sssshawnnnn) is quickly becoming a master at. Aside from creating new melodic themes from found fragments of hundreds of different songs, he also performs and records each work live. You may have seen one of Shawn’s many multi-million breaking Youtube videos, but not many know these are each performed in one take. The kid’s a legend, and he’s one of the first to be pushing a cute, bubbly and hyper sound to a bigger audience in the states. We’re stoked to be sharing Shawn’s NEST HQ MiniMix with y’all today.
