A holobiont is defined as the host plus of all its microbial symbionts, including transient and stable members. All individuals who participate in a particular symbiosis are bionts and the entire organism that is comprised of these bionts is a holobiont. Meaning that essentially everything is a holobiont, because every macro-species lives in symbiosis with some other species. You're a holobiont.

CloZee - The Golden Mask

A year after the release of his debut full-length album, Omens & Artifacts, KEY-G returns to Desert Trax. With a high-energy, sprawling album, “EP” is hardly an appropriate term for a collection of songs, each more than 7 minutes and some topping out around 12 minutes, which gives Curled Up Dimensions a double album feel.

“Half of Nothing” propels the listener into the album with a psystep sound and a double time beat. Fans of Birds of Paradise will get their midtempo fix on “Quantum Strikes.” The title track gets into the Ott zone with a dubby feel, and “Unleashing the Forces Within” stays in the dub realm, but soars as an uplifting gem. The lone collaboration on the album is “Pinpricks of Light” which returns to the hard-hitting psybreaks realm. “Ascension Upgrade” truly tickles the Shpongle fans who demands an extra helping of bass.

Curled Up Dimensions is out November 30 on Desert Trax.

Shankara is bringing its 5-track EP,Life On Earth, to Desert Dwellers' label with plenty of psy-breaks, dub, and glitch.A surefire hit for fans of bioLumigen, Kalya Scintilla, and fellow Kiwi, Grouch,Brendan Evans and Elijah Wilson-Kelly have a sound that will catch on in the Stateside psychedelic scene. Opening with a remix of Drumspyder's “Salamander,” this EP covers quite a bit of glitch-hop ground with “Holy Cow” and “Terrestrial Birth.” The pair have studied their influences closely, and have succeeded in forging their own path with the knowledge they have gained. We even get a Latin flair in “Planck Epoch,” and close the collection of tracks with the most bass-infused track, “Troglobite.”Life On Earth is slated for a January 11th release on Desert Trax

Another extemporary & improvised set including tracks taken from 2 of my favourite artists nowadays.
Again ... I opened the 2 folders with their music and, no preparation,no planning, after another indecisive beginning, I warmed up (seems like i need this to get into the vibe LOL  but this time went more in the midtempo range of them both yet playing with different waves in the attempt to show different aspects of these 2 amazing artists who themselves have been able in the past years to create their magical and unique styles!

Templates is the debut album of the California based, Merkaba Music label producer “Arcturus”.  Templates is a living breathing energetic template of evolving timelines.  These works begin the journey for Arcturus and will forever be remembered.  The album oscillates between elements of Psy-Bass, Psybient, and downtempo with melodies and instruments from all over the world.  Seven Tracks in total were chosen to symbolize the alchemical process, often referred to as the heroes journey.

Unusual and alternative sounds, experimentation in rhythm and melodic alterations: all of this is The Flying Mars project. Mario Engel, hailing from the green valleys in the middle of the Swiss Alps, was always in contact with different genres and had a good ear for many kinds of music. Now, with his “The Flying Mars” project he wants to channel all of his auditory and composing experiences into a mind-bending mix of creativity, giving his contribution to the already variegated world of electronic music.

The Flying Mars combines Psy-Dub, Ambient, Psy-Chill, as well as Drum & Bass and Psy-Trance, with flowing rhythms and deep bass lines. Through variations, mixing, tests and sonic atom splitting, The Flying Mars’ project strives to simultaneously stimulate mind, body and soul.
