Orbital London is born. A concept from the big smoke, providing a platform for the natural and raw talent of Jack Michael and associates. The ‘Opposite Visions EP’ consists of four UK influenced records, with a certain garage and breaks tip. The title track is somewhat sought after, after support from several heads in the London scene. A seductive vocal sample leading you to a bassline, asking to be played on a club system. Dogmatik boss Alex Arnout provides his take on ‘Opposite Vision’ with a dubbed side winding rhythm, full support from the experienced artist. Carrying on the heads down affair on the B side is ‘Ghetto Trooper’ and ‘Kult’. Heavy sounds for the two steppers, laced with flickering rap style vocals. Will make you move. 

An original outlet, staying true to its home. Breathing character, and absorbing flavours and influences from the surroundings the project is based upon. Promising for the young artist.

Following releases on labels like Elevate or Phobiq, which gained support by the likes of Ben Klock, Rodhad, Sam Paganini, Matrixxman and many others, Konrad makes his OFF Recordings debut.

The EP kicks off with 'Made In Detroit', a bigroom chord-techno anthem.

'Acid House' delivers what the name promises, a stripped back beat is topped by a massive acid line and eponymous vocals.

'Temptation' follows a similar vein as 'Made In Detroit' adding a memorable vocal and massive pads in its break.

Berlin's techno stalwart DJ Emerson delivers a deadly functional stripped back remix, taking things to an even more straightforward direction.

Walton Beach, Florida on September 17, 1984, Jim Funk, so named by Dustin C member of Lab Man Records after his crazy style of funky music merged with today's Dark bass and Pretty styles. Always playing the new top and underground HEAT! He has been professionally producing since the age of 18 (2003) and has DJ'd in clubs like Club La Vela, The Swamp, Rock Star, NightTown, House of Blues, Club LA, Spinnaker Beach Club, District Night Club, Festivals and local bars around the United States. To the date, he continues to produce and play all style music. Currently, he is on Gigabeat Records, Gigabeat nights record label, Total Damage Records, Ravesta Records, Genuine Debbie D Records, Kaleidoscope MUSIC, Dizziness Records, and Therabeat Records with remixes on Nolabeat records. He is also the founder and CEO of Bass-A-holix Anonymous Ent. To date, he is charting one of the highest in beatport in Breakbeats and Trap. The Freakazoids are set to explode onto the Electro scene once again with their brand new album ‘In Freakz We Trust’. This project has evolved steadily over the last few years, driven solely by a lifelong passion for Electro Funk. Secretly locked away in The Freakazoids studio, Lee Coombs, Nick Slater and Lanx have been working overtime. The idea was to revisit original tracks they created in the mid 90’s, give them today’s modern production techniques and still retain the classic Electro Funk vibe that we all love. Totally inspired by many of the Electro pioneers of the 80's and 90's, The Freakazoids bring together all forms of Electro (Old School Hip Hop, Techno and Bass) and make their own unmistakable melting pot of Electronica. MC Chill was drafted in and collaborated on three of the tracks (Bass Generator, Rock the Place and In Freakz we Trust). Chill brings his own amazing style and vocal skills which not only fit perfectly but send the production through to the next level. 'In Freakz We Trust' transports you to a time where Machines have Funk and Beats have Soul.

Lee Coombs, Nick Slater and Lanx first met in the 1989 Acid House / Rave days of Cambridge, UK. Lee Coombs started out DJing at local Acid House parties and large events such as Eclipse. Nick and Lanx are DJs and two of the three members of Peterborough’s legendary Rave act Shades of Rhythm. After meeting at many parties and events they soon recognized their similar passion for Funk and Old School Beats and then agreed to get together in the studio and start recreating the Electro music that they had all grown up listening to. Their first releases became instant underground classics with DJs all over the world begging for more!

‘In Freakz We Trust’ is scheduled for release sometime in 2014 and will be available as a limited edition CD and Vinyl package. 

The Freakazoids are die hard Analog Synth and Drum Machine fanatics. "It becomes an obsession to hunt down that particular new keyboard or drum machine you are looking for, lots and lots of time spent on internet auction sites and it's an addiction that seems at times worse than drugs. We love the feel and the sound of real Hardware and have used our Juno 106, TB-303, Prophet, all the Moog's plus more on every track. Using as much hardware as possible is something we feel very strongly about as this music should be made with real Analog, it’s alive in so many more ways than just using the same in the box Plugins that everybody else uses”
