The Artisan is a labour of love beginning 5 years ago as some chords played on an old pedal organ in my parents lounge room. The organ was brought to Australia in 1917, and I like to think this song had been laying dormant in it's belly, awoken when the first breath of air was pumped back through it's old lungs.

The Great Conjunction are an angular, alternative indie rock band, likened to the Arcade Fire and The Dears. With many years of album releases and touring experience through previous bands, The Great Conjunction feature members of acclaimed acts including The Dawn Collective, Dead Letter Chorus, Midnight Swim and Blind. The Great Conjunction is soon to release their highly anticipated debut EP in 2014 as well as embarking on their first east coast tour of Australia.
