Just a collection of eleven of my early tracks created entirely in a 2012 version of Garageband using loops, sounds and samples.

The Journey

A first attempt at an ambient dance/trance/fusion track using only the loops I had available to me within the software. Quite pleased with the result - but need to look at more variety in chords/music for next attempt.

Here is The Journey Part 4 - its a work in process, but might never get any further! I hope you like it as far as I've got with this track. It kind of works on several levels I think. Sort of Fusion / Funk / Electric / Retro / Ambient / 70s Electronic feel! Nothing like an experiment!

Don't You Know it's True? - The Journey Part 4

The Journey Part 5 - Riding The Wind ft. Will. Wanted to try a track that mixed live guitar playing with sequenced electronic dance / ambient / progressive sounds. There's a couple of places where I'm not totally happy with the timing and overall sound in places  (ran out of time), but generally very pleased with the way it came out. I like the different transitions and ebb and flow of the music which reflects the title of the track. The classical guitar is a real track played live and tweaked (used with permission), and the rest is composed of loops afterwards to compliment it the original spontaneous track. The end of the track marks a change which I could continue to extend into a long play or new track which I might visit again in the future.

If any of my tracks speaks to you, then it was made for you! Let me know. I create using Garageband with loops, MIDI files and samples and also experiment with AI tracks. If I use AI for a track, I will make that very clear in the track description.

Some tracks work well, and some don't, but I post my efforts here regardless! If you like any of it, do let me know...I'm learning as I go. Music is another language which constantly evolves and there's always something new to learn or create. That's part of the fun! I hope to improve rather than stay static.

Varied in my musical taste, but really enjoy Vocal Trance, ambient, chillout, dance, funk, rock, jazz, eclectic stuff through to a bit of classical too for fun and creativity.

Would like to spend a lot more time on most of my own tracks, which makes most of them 'works in progress'. I often run out of time to fully complete a track - so there might be out-of-place notes in there - sorry in advance!
