The Mode is an electronic music duo consisting of Simone Pellegrini and Gianmarco Biagi. They are also known as 2Chip 
The Project is born in 2013 while they were in studio. Simone and Gianmarco have realized that together they could complement and be one of the added value of the other. The sound of their productions is heavily influenced from IDM, rock, classic, and disco music, with clear roots in techno, deep house and the dirty sounds of electronic music. In most of cases their sound can not be easily related to an established genre.

2Chip sono un duo di musica elettronica composto da Simone Pellegrini e Gianmarco Biagi. Il progetto è nato nel 2013 quando erano in studio insieme. Inizialmente dovevano intraprendere due strade separate, ma poi, hanno scelto di complementare l'un l'altro, aggiungendo valore nelle loro produzioni. Il loro sound spazia moltissimo, rendendo a volte difficile riconoscerli in un solo genere... Cosa che (a dir loro) è un punto di forza molto rilevante.
