Single release - "Andromeda Scar" 9/17/2024

Center Mass  is set to reveal the second studio album, titled "Portals," released in the fall of 2024. 

The unique musical compositions are designed to transport the listener through an extra-dimensional audio experience that is achieved by a culmination of catchy club, and dance beats that are only expanded by the further spontaneous trance musical scores with natural acoustic and electric guitar rock riffs. 

The force and drive behind the music is evident by the underlying use of electronic dance vibes. Center Mass engineers sequence powerful layered audio stems, by balancing amazing earth sound and spacescapes that ultimately combine the music concepts of "artistification" (derived from sonification), all designed to transport and uplift the human spirit.
Andromeda Scar

International space music producers, Center Mass deliver the brand new single “Andromeda Scar”, released worldwide via all major streaming services on September 17, 2024. The transcendent new track marries metal riff rock with classical complexity and anthemic electronic vibes. It is the first single from the band’s brand new LP Portals.

I created this track by improvising on a Gibson SG over three variations of a drum pattern. I produced the drums using custom sounds I made on the AKAI MPC Live and the Teenage Engineering PO-32. I also played the bass part on a Sire J7—my marvelous fretless bass.
