This song is about feeling trapped and lost in life, and struggling with the pressures and expectations that come with it. The lyrics touch on themes of insecurity, desperation, and frustration, particularly with the way society values appearance and relationships. It's a raw and emotional expression of the pain and darkness that can come from feeling like you're not good enough, and the desire to escape from the weight of it all.
