The Uwa!! replacements serve two functions, being used for both the SAVE menu and options screen. This song would, in a theoretical "in-game" scenario, play between 6AM and 12PM during neutral routes. During a pacifist route, once you've reached the first save point in New Home, this song will play regardless of time. 
If a single monster is harmed, it starts being time-based again rather than progress-based.

Also, clarifying in case anyone is confused: time is displayed in hours:minutes as opposed to minutes:seconds.
The times chosen are rough estimates and absolutely not a reflection of reality.

Coldfront: the chilliest place beneath the Earth. Despite its frigid temperature, Coldfront is home to plenty of monsters. A lot of them tend to be of the "I can handle this weather perfectly fine" variety, such as Snowdrake, Ice Cap and Gyftrot, but there's plenty of others roaming around who need to stay bundled up, or at the very least stay inside.

Here's the specifics of the relevant encounter monster swaps.
Vulkin <-> Snowdrake

Tsunderplane <-> Gyftrot

Full title: Are You Sure You're Qualified To Give Me Such A Diagnosis? I'll Have You Know I'm A Doctor Myself!

Since the Hotel replacement doesn't get a more intense equivalent like "Can You Really Call This A Hotel...", this instead acts as a more intense version of Dr. Undyne! This theme plays during a (joke) battle sequence where Undyne tries to perform a health checkup on Kris in ways that, to them, are extremely obviously harmful to humans...something that's not quite obvious enough to Undyne, given her limited experience with humans and human biology.

This "battle" -- which would pretty much act like an extremely extended "dodge" sequence like when she's throwing spears in Undertale -- eventually ends with Undyne and Kris settling that they probably don't have any health issues worth addressing at this time.
