With Toriel's willing help, the Doctor takes a much more stable form at last. Not quite the one he was hoping to be able to take, but one he's happy enough to accept as his own. With Toriel's body destroyed, she has no choice but to remain a part of Dr. Gaster, an uncomfortable circumstance that forces her to step down from her royal duties.

Depending on Kris' actions leading up to this fight, the emails they receive may be from different people. The email typically updates Kris on the current goings-on of the Underground, such as who's taken over the throne since they left, as well as more personal updates regarding the friends (or foes) Kris has made along the way.

In some realities, Asgore sees his grand return to the throne.
In another, Alphys instead takes over.
Sometimes it's Papyrus, or Sans.
Sometimes it's Undyne.
Sometimes Napstablook and Mettaton may even rule together.

The lives they've spared and the lives they've ended all affect what happens next. I'll have more details on what specific endings take place... eventually! Maybe. Probably. I hope.

With the end of the Neutral route content, I'll have to announce a bit of a hiatus for The Old Switcheroo. This due to some holiday events I've been prepping (and still need to continue working on!). That is in fact "events" plural. I'll make a more formal announcement in the community posts about the specifics and where you can check things out.

What I can announce here, though, is that The Old Switcheroo will be returning early next year! Uploads should start early next year, either January of February. That mainly depends on a few college-related things coming up on my schedule, but I'll be sure to update you on the various relevant platforms when I know more.

While there's still plenty to come, I'd still like to take the time to thank everyone for their overwhelming support. This project has been in the works for YEARS, starting off as a little goofy spin-off before eventually blossoming into a fully-fledged, genuine real attempt at an Underswap take, and I'm glad people enjoy the work I've put into it so far.

Even to the extent of literally adding more content I wasn't originally planning on! For the first time in Toadie-written AU history... CONSOLE EXCLUSIVES REPLACEMENTS!!!!

Long ago, Shopkeeper Temmie's college funds tragically went missing. She had no clue where it could've gone, had searched everywhere she possibly could've, leaving the only viable option that someone may have stolen it. As to not make it extremely obvious that she was right on the thief's tail, she instead decided to hold operations in the secret room behind Sans and Papyrus' fridge. This song plays in this room during the early stages of her detective work.

Kris has the option to leave anonymous tips, which in actuality is them literally just leaving behind money as opposed to any information that may lead Temmie to finding out what happened to the money.

As to not make it extremely obvious that she was right on the thief's tail, she instead decided to hold operations in the secret room behind Sans and Papyrus' fridge. This song plays in this room as Shopkeeper Temmie is extremely close to uncovering the truth about where the missing money has gone.

Kris has the option to leave anonymous tips, which in actuality is them literally just leaving behind money as opposed to any information that may lead Temmie to finding out what happened to the money. It seems as though these anonymous tips are helping a lot, though, so keep 'em coming!!

After the College Fund Conspiracy came to an end, Sergeant Bow-Wow (the Colonel Sanders dog statue) had mysteriously appeared in the space behind Sans and Papyrus' fridge. How it got there? The Ruined Dummy had at one point found this new, pristine body elsewhere in the Underground and decided they needed a safe place to keep their newfound body as pristine as (super)naturally possible.

Papyrus had already attempted to enter the space, but was subsequently threatened with the destruction of his unborn children, so he instead decides to put Kris in charge of handling this new situation.
