“Once Bitten, Twice Shy” is a song for anyone who has ever had their heart trampled all over. It’s about love, betrayal and hitching your ruined frock up over your knees and getting the Hell out of whatever nasty situation you are in. Now (revenge optional).

Recorded live at Yellow Arch Studios, Sheffield, UK in 2014 on a warm but unsettled summer’s day “Once Bitten, Twice Shy” is probably the most soulful/blues-drenched track from Braver than Fiction’s live EP, King of Crows.

There are four tracks on the King of Crows EP but only three of them will be available for digital download. The title track, “King of Crows” will only be available on the physical CD at this time.

We hope that you enjoy this authentic portrayal of how Braver than Fiction actually sound and that you will be encouraged to venture out to one of our gigs and support the live scene!
