December 2, 1986, Born Chasmon Maurice Demus from the shaky parts of Fort Worth, TX, Demus were the oldest boy of 3 children.

Early, Demus inherited a rare condition(retina detachment)that caused a serious vision impairment. The rapidly growing young man had experienced a terrifying surgery in which medically trained doctors could not overturn. The result ended in Demus quickly being sent to stay in Austin, TX at The Texas School for the Blind and the visually impaired.

At first, Chas didn't blend well with others at the school due to his courageous and rough upbringing. It was an adjustment. Quickly, the future entertainer took the campus with his witty demeanor and vivacious talent. 

Later, the 6'9 teenager quickly grew influenced by the sounds and textures of music, specifically hip hop. As time passed, The One2cee mastered a skill called freestyle in which he hosted a number of local studio sessions with close friend and freestyler Jeremy Price(JP). Price later introduced Demus to a local Artist and Producer Brent Carter. Together the trio were determined for success and became close.

At 17, Demus became an Austinite with his musical companions birthing the beginning of a long lasting and tough but sibling-like relationship. Chas blossomed on a series of albums and mixtapes only to establish a work ethic of the greats that had come before him.

Demus conquered battle rap traveling as far as Washionton, Kansas, Colorado and many other places opposing others in the ring with his witty on-the-fly comebacks his and earth-shaking stature.

Now, Demus pushes forward for a better life for his 4 children in hopes to strike iron approaching a new generation of music with the ability to challenge any nay-sayer at a chance to become the most accredited talent in the industry despite a disability.
