This track was born out of a depressing and aimless time in frontman Candy June's life. No need to fret though, it was just a breakup. A breakup that hurt REAL bad for several months, but there's always light at the end of the tunnel! After the breakup, June (re-)assembled Dream Place, and out came the group's first song Fish Killer, telling the tale of feeling trapped despite being loved as well... then being thrown out of the house upon breaking up, enabling sweet sweet musical (and overall life) liberation-- go-figure!

We're currently [08/07/2025] working with a local artist to produce the Fish Killer cover art, so we've uploaded temporary track art.
