The nights are getting cold and the fog is closing in. It's around this time of year that we tend to engulf ourselves in the mist of ambient soundscapes and eerie music which reflects the spirit of the season. 

Jean-Emmanuel Rosnet is a musician and creative based in the suburbs of Lyon, for many years he has run a festival called Mirage which is dedicated to new forms of media art and expression. As a musician he creates beautiful, delicate mirages himself - ambient soundtracks and ethereal music which is highly immersive and magical. 

His most recent cassette, "Stories concerning the heroes and rituals", was self released and caught our attention with it's intricate poignancy and dream like ambience. 

We felt that he would be perfect to contribute to our Monday mix series and so he does...
