Ransom Note Records are delighted to announce Blueprints Revisited, six remixes of the breakthrough debut mini-album from Ammonite, a.k.a. songwriter-producer Amy Spencer.

We have invited an array of the best producers the underground has to offer to perform remix duties. Our first offering is from Seoul-based duo, Salamanda remixing When You Don’t. The up and coming self-described "leftfield ambient duo", have taken elements from the heavenly, delicate original track and reworked them into a retro, synth heavy, slow-mo workout. The sparse, driving drum break reveals Amy’s angelic vocal layers and Salamanda have added their own distinctive flare, creating a spectacularly bold mix.

Nous'klaer Audio prepare to release the much-anticipated album from French-born and Ecuador-based producer Nicola Cruz...Our pick is ‘Telepathine‘. Complemented by the perfect dose of beta-carboline alkaloids, the track kicks off with deeply distorted murmurs of mangrove movements and neo-idyllic soundscapes, morphing into a delirium of breaks, ecstatic chants and crystalline trance atmospheres, whisking listeners deep into a network of earthen mounds and buried roads in rainforest area of Ecuador.

Head honchos of the wonderful Delodio label, Stéphane and François, mark the 50th release for R$N Recs, and this is without a shadow of a doubt an incredibly special one for us. So, sit back and ready yourself for some inimitable Froid Dub cuts; laid back but pounding, graceful yet aggressive but above all, thoroughly danceable.

First single On The Nose enters next, with a delightfully soft, round bass that feels like bouncing around a padded room. Inside a Zorb. On MDMA. More echoed, analogue motifs dart from left to right, confirming with strong conviction that our chaps from Paris put the Dub in Indubitably Fantastic.

Leftfield electro and acid for Lennard Ypma's debut - Ladies Jam - on his own label Volunar Records.

SBLS and GH-1S on the A-side make up for a heavy West Coast and electro journey. The remix of GH-1S by Beau Wanzer is also not to be missed, with his signature touch and a nauseating bassline. Flip the record to the B-side for two mind-bending acid cuts; Ladies Jam is a heavily distorted and mechanic track with eerie leads that will drag you through acid punches, while Betonsmeer offers a slowed-down bunker-style cruise with earworming acid and heavy percussion.

The 180 grams record comes with an extra artwork by Jorge Velez pressed on elephant grass paper. Tip!
