In a fusion of science and sound, Kalocain's debut vinyl release, "Genetic Memory," unfolds an eerie tale. "W.N.G." opens a portal to an ancient world, where forgotten tongues unveil cryptic secrets. "Genetic Memory" weaves ethereal connections between ancestral recollections and the present, warping the fabric of time. "Ivermectin" delves into the surreal realms of molecular melodies, as if sonic DNA deciphers sound's enigmas. Remixes from Normal 4, Patricia Kokett, and Jacques Satre reshape the auditory cosmos with a dash of the bizarre.

To amplify the weirdness, Evaldas Bubinas aka Hermandrowning, concocts mind-bending artwork, beckoning listeners into a realm where sound and art meld in uncanny harmony.

But that's not all! The digital copy unveils an additional original track, "Groove Drift," along with a wild array of remixes by n9oc, Henry Greenleaf, Frankfurt Bass, and Dogpatrol.

Spencer’s music evokes vulnerability and strength, blurring the lines between organic and synthetic, masculine and feminine.

“Though a proficient songwriter and a guest vocalist for artists including Bicep, TVAM, DC Gore and Motsa, like many women in music, Spencer often experienced ‘imposter syndrome’ within male-dominated environments, preferring to leave others to produce. But as Ammonite, Spencer decided to try something new – by leaving behind songwriting rules and ideas of what production should be, she began to unlock harmony and melodies she hadn’t accessed before, creating fragments of self-reflective lyrics, drones of humming vowels and broken repetitive words to construct Blueprints – her spectacular debut sonic manifesto, with her voice at the forefront (view the full press release & bio). “

Etienne Bel started out as a DJ and gradually developed his own producer's style. In 2016, he inaugurated the discography of his Pavel project with the release of a track on the Czech label Neo Violence.
Numerous others followed, notably on Eclect Rec., Sbire, Creaked Records and finally on Blizzard Audio Club, the stable that the artist co-founded and in which he now centralises all his new releases.
His debut album 'Busy Being Broken' (2019) was named 'best Swiss electronic music album of 2019' by national radio station SRF3 (programme 'CH Beats').
Through his alias Pavel, Etienne Bel - who is also behind the Estelle Zamme project - expresses ultra- personal, emotional and fairly dramatic music. It's a distinctive kind of electronica, made up of metallic squeaks, ethereal synthesizers, frantic rhythms and a touch of acidity.
In 2024, Pavel returns with 'Environment', his second album. Official release on May 3rd, 2024.

5 years after his debut album "Busy Being Broken", producer and musician Pavel returns in 2024 with a new LP, this time dealing with the theme of the natural environment, the host of all life on Earth.
"Environment" is a concept album based on samples recorded by the artist over a period of several months throughout Switzerland. Rockfalls, the lapping of a lakeshore, a cracking glacier, winds cutting through fir trees, the massive hum of a waterfall, ice cubes colliding, the oozing of a cave, and so on. These audio recordings were used as a starting point to construct eight tracks faithful to Pavel's style: (dis)twisted electronica, elegant, melancholic and wickedly dramatic.
For Pavel, "the pessimism of reason compels the optimism of will". This maxim, taken from Antonio Gramsci's "Prison Notebooks", sums up the essential message of the album.

"longtime music activists Rawmance and Asymmetrical from Rome have joined forces to create new music under the name 'La Nuit Je Mens'. Their debut work, titled 'Les Nuits Magnétiques', features two of their songs on a hand-stamped 7" vinyl. Utilizing a bass guitar, analog synthesizers and vintage drum machines, their music is infused with French vocals, lending it a cinematic touch and a sense of depth. Premiere: La Nuit Je Mens - Raison De Force Majeure [RAS006]

After kicking off its journey with a rich well-received eleven-track compilation at the end of last year, the Saint Brieuc-based Estuary Tapes brings to the virtual shelves its second release. For the occasion, the promising French label welcomes skilled producer nICo to its roster. With previous works featured on HardFist, Inside Out, and Sinchi, just to name a few, the Italian producer refuses to have his sonority pigeonholed and manages to deliver an interesting palate of colourful pieces.

For his debut on Estuary, nICo presents the expertly constructed “Unexplored Earths”, a four-theme EP with a concerning message: “the quest for a new habitable planet” – something we might need way sooner than expected due to the insatiable greed of the abusers of our fragile and doomed little blue dot.

Premiered here, the insightful “The Red Sun” opens the fete wrapped in what nICo considered the correct aura for the EP: "spacey and acid vibes, dub percussions, and shamanic rhythms” which resulted in a mesmerising and emotive cut filled with “textures, deep atmospheres, and solar melodies.”
