The deep green treetops provided shelter and cover for the wet, damp forest floor which was alive and bubbling amidst the cold dew of the morning. In the distance the sound of a crow could be heard, coarse and loud upon the smooth ease of the morning air and the daylight glow. It was not somewhere you'd like to find yourself lost amidst the bitter cold...

Cutting his teeth hosting and playing parties around Leeds in the mid-naughties, Measures has been djing for the best part of two decades. Within which time he has shared booths with djs from celebrated Leeds nights Technique, Asylum and Dave Beer's legendary Back to Basics.

He left his beloved Yorkshire in 2021 where, in the shadows of the dusty chimneys of industrial Manchester, he has found a new home for the stripped back, left of centre, acid scorched, hypnotic house and techno his selecting is known for.
