The window display was lined with delicious baked goods of all shapes and sizes; just one of the many food shops and vendors that tempted passersby to part with their money. It was enough to make anyone salivate — the wonderful smells drifted from all angles stealing your attention from one stall to another. If only they could sample a slice of everything.

London's Control Freak Recordings are back for their first release of the year, bringing another batch of tracks for the body and mind on their second V/A compilation. Titled 'Psycho/Soma' the release features 12 tracks stretching from broken techno to trippy rollers and fast-paced percussive cuts, with a portion of the profits from the release being split between three prominent UK mental health charities: Mind, YoungMinds & Black Minds Matter. Alongside the release, the label have worked with graphic artist Alex Vissaridis to create a limited run of bespoke long-sleeve T-Shirts, which can be purchased via their Bandcamp.

'Undulate' is a fitting title for Bézier's latest EP on miv., for it’s all about rhythm and movement. Lush and maximalist, it's a fresh take on the disco-influenced, synth-laden euphoria of Bézier's world.

"Out with the old and in with the new" - that's what they always say. But it's never that easy in practice. The transition is always strange: it's a period of change, sometimes of destruction, definitely of adjustment. Morphing from one form slowly into the next, prompted by actions of your own doing, or someone elses. Things are going to be different and, unwilling or willing, you have to deal with it.

Having been immersed in music culture from a young age, becoming hooked on collecting records as well as training as a sound engineer, Italian DJ and producer David Agrella is now taking things up a notch with the launch of his new label, Agrellomatica Records. Named after his monthly radio show on Bloop, the imprint will be a space for his musical inspirations which bridge many different strains of electronic music. For his first outing he offers up a four tracker, 'Transition', which melds together fluid drum patterns, rubbery synth lines, soaring pads and dreamy electro grooves.

She squinted up at the sun through her fingers; it had been a lifetime since she'd felt the heat on her face. It changed everything; her mood, her conversations, even her willingness to get out of bed in the morning. Scrolling through the week's forecast, sun and blue skies filled each day; giving her assurance that her mind and body would thrive.

Bristol-based sound artist and producer Delay Grounds is "compelled to work with abstraction", an approach he channels wholeheartedly on his newest release 'Upcycling'. Working alongside artist Liz Naden, the pair have created an audio-visual concept using rubbish found in skips; Delay Ground producing organic electronic sounds, while Naden crafted unique sculptures. A forward-thinking project that 'upcycles' the regular artistic mediums, encouraging a narrative and an understanding between the pair, in Delay Grounds words it "enabled us both to explore our own creative potential and create a work with layers of depth which we were not initially aware of before.”

Slowly he counted, the numbers stacked up with a weighty presence. The 1,000 was in the distance but he wasn't quite there yet. Walking through the city streets he knew he had to hustle to make it out of this place, the grit and the grime of the landscape was getting him down, this wasn't supposed to be home. He was only ten away from calling it a day then boom, his luck was in. A handshake, a conversation, a smile. The 990 was transformed into something more suitable...

Circulation is back. A celebrated powerhouse of electronic music has resurfaced and with him comes brand new music which he describes as follows:

"After writing over forty-five 12 inch releases and two albums under the Circulation name from 1997 to 2007, and after stopping for ten years, I recently started writing again under the Circulation moniker. It feels great to be back producing and recirculating with a project that has meant so much to me over the years.“

Ce jam exprime des trucs que j'arrive pas à dire , il m'a permis de parler et de voyager à ma manière , d'où son nom , je voulais partir loin , passer un message , je pense  . Il m'a permis de me déconnecter l'espace d'un instant , de poser mon cerveau , je jam pas d'habitude , je bosse depuis 8 ans sur fl , la mao est une musique de réflexion , on réfléchi , on cherche mais finalement on perd en expression , on passe notre temps a compter nos mesures , à regarder cette putain de grille dans laquelle on pose nos patterns , on regarde plus notre musique qu'on la vit .

Fait avec une digitakt 1 et une syntakt , j'ai ajouté un peu de drones et quelques filtres en post prod pour rendre le tout plus riche , j'ai utilisé le mixeur de FL 12 pour mixer et processer tout ça , la track n'est pas parfaite , j'ai encore un peu du mal avec ce type de workflow .
