She was elegant and daring, beautiful and hypnotic as she danced the night away. Who knew where she'd come from and what magnificent spirit had brought her to life beneath the cloak of darkness and the dancing stars. The way in which she moved was fascinating and perplexing, dancing atop the sand as the wind howled and the rain poured. It were as if she was commanding some great orchestra, up there in the sky, as the thunder crashed and the bangs of drums echoed between the clouds. She was god, her name was Hestia. 

Inflect Records are set to release a compilation of new material from an assortment of artists, proto disco, italo, acid and beyond on a fun filled record set to move dancefloors and festivals. This track, "Hestia", features on the release, an arpeggio driven affair by JackWasFaster.

'Music from an era that time forgot'

Inflect is a dedicated Record Label specialising in Indie Dance. At the outset Inflect originated in Liverpool. Inflect is part English and part Lithuanian and currently based in Vilnius and Leeds. 


As we know trends are forever changing, particularly ones from the past coming back into the mainstream, such as 80’s style clothing and formats such as vinyl and analogue music production equipment, with more advanced parameters. Our particular sound is specific to these trends. It is, essentially, music from all corners of the globe coming together to create an abstract style of electronic body music.

We are bringing you 1980’s disco, acid house, music with a modernised deep/dark techno feel. We believe it is a combination of the disco from the UK/Italy and the dark Techno imports from Central Europe, mixed with influences from Eastern European countries such as Lithuania, to create The Inflect Style.
