Our next PREMIERE comes from Sprechen in the form of a Timothy Clerkin remix of the new Night Giants single (What a dream team)!!

The track is called “Bleak House” and it’s a proper ACID BANGER!! Feels slightly slower in tempo compared to the original track but with a much filthier bassline!

Can see both versions doing major damage to dancefloors over the next few months as the original is also a peak time belter!

Hungarian label Secret Fusion is back with a new EP from Mufti, while David Kochs and Secret Factory serve up remixes.
Mufti a project from Bernardo Barrera of Guadalajara, this moniker comes after him being a part of Los Fugazzi and finds him focus more on rock variants and 80's music. His originals are a bit different this time, but you can recognise his own "dark disco" machine sounds, vocoders and a building sense of tension that is futuristic and shadowy.
David Kochs from Augsburg Germany is already on his way to the top, with supporters like Solomun. His remix remained faithful to the original, and added his trademark sound to it.
Lastly, label heads Secret Factory draw on all their years of know-how to offer up their own sizzling and unique Cosmic remix.

"Where Were We" radio show and party series is turning into a label.
The first release is coming from a local talent Lowe Aka User. Member of Soundwax and Jardin Exotique crews, Algis is not only a BMX rider, but also a dj, producer and party starter. His crew's Jardin Exotique parties at Vilnius' Opium Club already hosted Lauer, Marvin & Guy, Telephones and Cooper Saver. And more names of similar caliber are bound to come in the future.
The 3 tracker EP is heavily inspired by the sounds of 80's italo disco and proto-house. It has taken the best elements of the era such as arpeggiated synths and basslines and mashed it with new touches of modern-day house music. The amalgamation of this sounds like it was made in heaven and descended from above to the earth just in time for summer in order to keep people smiling on the dancefloor whilst busting a move or two.

PREMIERE | Johnny Aux - Delicious [Viscera Transmissions]

Vilnius-based label Electric Shapes is back on our platform and this time featuring an interesting 8-track compilation gathering a multi-genre top-notch selection of international artists: Tassilo Vanhöfen, Jokios Kultūros, WLDV, Disco Mortale, Radial Gaze, Feller (SXDNS162), Wounded Planet and Konsistent form the team brought together for the EP. From Balearic and Downtempo to Cosmic Disco and Indie Dance, the release managed to amass competently an enthralling combination of styles devoted to bringing pure delight to our ears and feet.

The track we chose to premiere is a BOMB! Disco Mortale is the new alter ego of Daniel Monaco (SXDNS137/FREEDL006). The name was born due to the many releases under the moniker Daniel Monaco and the need of separating his Italo, Tropical, Dark Cosmic productions from something which can be described as obscure and acid, more EBM & New Beat-influenced. 

For “Unreleased Territory”, Daniel… erm… sorry… Disco Mortale provided “Acid Funk Planet”, a weapon of mass destruction full of acid and distortions that proves the necessity of creating a new alias to share such a different theme from what we had been used to when it comes to his previous works. And according to the man himself, “Mr Mortale will deliver only groovy obscurity with sharp basslines & drums intended to bringing chaos to the dance floor. The name speaks by itself. Expect more releases and remixes to come during this Summer, Fall and Winter 2020.”

Friends, it is time for a finish. Here’s the seventh and last chapter of the festivities that Uncanny Valley crew put together for this 50th catalogue number. Once again, the mighty graphics wizards Doppeldenk from Leipzig provided a delightfull artwork. And once again, you’ll get a record that sports a kaleidoscope of dance music from Uncanny Valley veterans and newcomers. This time with the emphasis on bright and positive timbres which can be associated with the colour yellow.

PREMIERE #1064 | Panthera Krause - The Naked Now [Uncanny Valley] 2020

Producer Plastico has been experimenting and playing for a long time, with a unique sound. Now he lands on Melómana Records with Ghetto House, an album consists of four original tracks and a remix of the great Alejandro Paz. The album, oriented to the dance floor, is presented with the firm intention of giving a necessary and demanding twist to the dancefloor. The whole of this album is the summary of many days fiddling with exceptional analog synthesizers, until finding a sound full of color, organic and meandering, which manages to filter through each pore of the skin until we are completely electrified. Each track gets the listener out of himself, open his mind and light the flame of hope, in a world where it seems that he has lost all idea of the future. And more, in a situation like the one we are experiencing, such an album is a breath of fresh air. Plastico tries to transmit his particular personality and vital project in this deep and personal Guetto House, timeless and full of strength, to which we will go over time trying to decipher that magical and complex mechanism that manages to transcend all the expectations of dance music.

The bar was lined with shot glass after shot glass, each one emptied quickly by the raucous crowd that had set up camp there since doors opened. It was barely past lunch but many were already half cut. Over excitement had got the better of them, or perhaps they'd simply forgotten how to handle their drink after so long spent in lock down. But a few wobbles and several empty wallets didn't matter, it was the weekend and they had no prior engagements to attend to, except for those that involved a full glass... 

After their sole release from 2004 was re-upped by none other than Solomun, French duo Kimshies decided to return to the studio last year after a 15 year hiatus. After two releases last year they make their debut on Mexico's Duro, the label run by Theus Mago AKA Bufi, with two original cuts that get the rework treatment from an all star cast. The distorted synths and acid lines of title track ‘Fucked Up Mama’ are twisted into new forms by Life & Death and Disco Halal label mate Autarkic, Belgium's Cabaret Nocturne and La Dame Noir alumni Arthur Johnson who offers up two takes; a driving upbeat re-imagination and a gritty analogue version.
