Public Service Broadcasting are pleased to present a brand new track – Korolev.

Sergei Korolev, or “The Chief Designer” as he was referred to at the time, was the talismanic figure spearheading the Russian Space programme and the lead designer of Sputnik. His untimely death in 1966 had a huge impact on the outcome of the Soviet battle with the United States to be the first nation to land a man on the Moon. 

The band have a major UK tour planned for November, starting out in Edinburgh which has already sold out and taking culminating in the biggest date of their career with a Brixton Academy headline show on Sunday 29 November.

Public Service Broadcasting - Sputnik [Petar Dundov Remix]

Prequel Tapes began earlier this year when the man behind the project stumbled across old recordings of his new wave/industrial band from the late 80s and early 90s. By incorporating samples from these tapes into the exerimental music he was making on vintage drum machines and synthesizers, Prequel Tapes was born.

Kelly Kellam, a.k.a. Kellam, first got involved with dance music in New York City where he quickly became a fixture in the underground dance music scene and has rapidly gained acclaim internationally. He has most recently taken a role in Thailand at the W Retreat Koh Samui as the W Music Curator and resident DJ where he is programming the events there for 2015 in addition to regular tour dates. He also founded and curates Access Underground in 2015, a mix series on Mixcloud that has already received acclaim and had listeneres listen to over five million minutes on this channel. A great success being that it launched in June 2015.

His positive energy and knack for weaving together deep grooved melodic tracks has made him a rising star in the dance music world which has landed him bookings at some incredible festivals, warehouse parties, top clubs and events internationally; Most recently including the USA, Singapore, Germany, Morocco and Bangladesh. He has also played regularly at top clubs around the US, including; Output(NY), Marquee(NY), Project LA(CA), Bardot(CA), Treehouse (Miami), Burning Man, and the infamous underground/afterhours club in NYC ‘Beef Cuts’.

Kellam's dynamic sound ranges from warm sunrise sessions with a deep melodic groove, to dark funky grooved deep tech houseWhether it be a sunset on the beach, 3am in a warehouse, or a mellow sunrise, he will have you tuned into the moment with special selection of tunes that will capture and direct the vibe appropriately. He constantly digs for tracks and integrates sounds that will always keep you moving & in a euphoric rhythmic groove.
