Up next on our podcast series is Hertz Collision. Italian techno project based in Florence, was originally born as a duo, since 2019 it's entirely run by Francesco Profeti.

His productions are in a growing back catalog of releases on label such as Invite's Choice Records, Frozen Border, Ear to Ground, Order and Devotion, In Silent Series, Truncate Records, Voxnox Records and so on. He had the chance to play among others at Tresor, Griessmuehle, Radion in Amsterdam during ADE, and at the historical club in his hometown Tenax.

Hertz Collision sound comes from reconnecting to the music that was produced years ago: raw, groovy, melodic and fast techno. Let his music do the talking and enjoy the ride!

Last month we celebrated 2 years of my invites residency and now as we embark onto the next chapter. It is with great excitement to welcome the first female duo onto the show. 

These 2 talented artists have been everybody’s go to duo in recent years. Their incredible DJ sets have caught the attention of almost everyone. Mixing records in an outstanding fashion whilst creating the perfect atmosphere on the dancefloor. 

Their Meat Free party’s have also been a leading player in brining some of the best acts there is to the North of the UK. Talking with Steffi we find out more about their background into music and how they managed to stay honest and open to their sound and the community they believe in. 

All this accompanied with an incredible guest mix that will keep us dancing through the night!

Neoma is a fierce up and coming DJ & producer from Glasgow pushing fast paced, energy infused sounds in to her sets and productions.

After just over a year behind the decks, Neoma is already establishing a name for herself within Glasgow. Her first ever track was recently released on the city's most formidable techno label, Soma Records, and has been supported on various renowned streams including Possession and Hate.

Her exploration and fusion of hard techno and hard trance has led to an arsenal of raw energy to be unleashed on the dancefloor.

Over the past few months we have been focussing our attention on some of Glasgow's most influential local DJ's - we wanted to spotlight some of those who have worked hard behind the scenes to form residencies and develop their own pathways. 

Quail + AISHA are two residents at Animal Farm, a long running Glaswegian institution which has become widely known for its forward thinking approach to techno. As a party series Animal Farm has played host to the likes of Surgeon, Regis, Blawan, Anthony Parasole and Marcel Dettmann. However, these big names have often been shrouded and deemed secondary to the supremely talented local DJ's who have breathed life into this party for many years. Animal Farm has become a place to channel the harder, darker fringes of experimental dance and electronic music and this is perhaps more so the case than ever before as this mix from Quail and AISHA demonstrates. 

Forget Monday, this one is all about the Friday night. The pair will appear this summer at Riverside Festival and are sure as hell to blow the roof off.

mon.ti is your partner for groovy, deep and fast techno. The DJ from Münster loves to combine hypnotic tracks with groovy elements and organic textures. His sets up to 148 bpm work especially in clubs with dark ambience early in the morning. In the near future mon.ti will have his own event series where he wants to bring his ideas of a perfect club night to the dance floor.
