"Inside the Marble" is the debut studio LP from Brooklyn singer-songwriter, Margaux. Released June 7, 2024, via Massif Records. 

Margaux's first full-length album was years in the making, anchored in Margaux's gorgeous guitar and voice, fleshed out with Sahil Ansari's distinctive production: synthesizers weave in and out, with lilting strings, horns, and pedal steel guitar. These are Margaux's most mature works to date, and a stunning return after her critically acclaimed breakout EP, "More Brilliant is the Hand that Throws the Coin."

The Slashes sound like they strolled through the wet London concrete, post punk era, (Joy Division,
The Jesus And Mary Chain, Gang Of Four, The Cure) with American music street 
smarts of Proto Punks Lou Reed & Iggy Pop. Other musical interests include 
David Bowie, Velvet Underground, The Modern Lovers, 
Marc Bolan, Leiber&Stoller. The Slashes met and formed in 
San Diego's boating marinas in Downtown, rehearsing and 
working on boats, thus influencing their music, lyrics & style.
