first time ive heard this, really positive tune

Hi I discovered these guys on lfc.tv, can anyone tell me have they released any CDs yet and what there called. Live in Belfast so not to easy to find much out about them. Have to say tho they r superb. Thanks for anyone's help with this .

The Tea Street Band are a bastard mutilation that in its most extreme combines 808 State with Doves and the gang mentality of The Happy Mondays. A strange and heady concoction that intertwines dance rhythms, guitars with a hint of psychedelic and pop. These kids were not there for rave the first time round but they are doing their best to lead the assault in 2012 and beyond. 
They recently have sewn up Liverpool selling out all their gigs and leaving their audiences in a twisted sweaty mess-get on board party people this is going to blow minds!

Push The Feeling on is The Tea Street Band's second single on Jack to Phono. The start of the year has been a busy time for this 5 piece from Liverpool . They have been confirmed to support Inspiral Carpets on thier Back to Life tour and have been selected to play in New York Sound City in March. The track is picking up plays on BBC Radio 2 with Janice Long and John Kennedy and Jo Good from XFM. Infact the band are playing XFM Remedy in May.

The band have picked up national television exposure from Channel 4 with the video appearing on Sunday Brunch and been featured in The Guardian in the "New Band Up North" feature. The band have also sold out shows in the Republic of Ireland and their home city of Liverpool. They are also booked to play in various UK cities up and down the country. They also provide the soundtrack for Liverpool and Everton goal round ups and have been featured 4 times on Football focus.

Remember the spirit of 88.  Dole queues getting bigger, the Conservatives in power and class war on the streets.

But at the same time, shining out of the gloom, came the birth of Acid House.  One of the most significant cultural movements of the 20th Century.  Before corporate clubbing in faceless venues with bland promoters always looking at the bottom line, this was community and creativity and spirit.

Now the Tories are back and the number of unemployed is rising again, but thankfully for those of you too young to remember the first time round or those of you who should know better but don’t, we give you The Tea Street Band

They are causing a minor riot every time they play.  In the past 6 months they have organized a series of warehouse raves featuring classic Acid House sets with guest DJs such as Andy Carroll (Cream, The State) as well as modern contemporaries James Rand (Chibuku).
