Imagine the four corners of a room. You step ahead and there is the warm embrace of gentle, mostly piano-based melodies, living in vast ambient soundscapes. They feel like home and a journey in the same time. Surely they can take you everywhere, but not before you look on your right where you’ll find thick basslines hosting abstract beats, placed somewhere between dub and IDM. Then it comes the delicate sound design and sonic decorations inhabiting the space between frequencies. Field recordings, glitched human voices and micro textures – it’s all like a living nest of sounds. Imagine that room again. You know it wouldn’t exist without you, right? So sit on the floor, and go deep – in Monochrome Fantasies Chapter I. 

The Third Man is a three way collab between Anton and Ivan Litovchenko (Mloski & Litheo) and Ivan Shopov (COOH, Balkansky). The project successfully unites three very personal approaches to sound with the sole purpose to take you on an introvert spiritual journey. The Third Man might make you look deep in yourself, but not without making your whole body and soul resonate to the beats and pulses of their multilayered music.

Rodeo is the instrumental playground of Danes Jacob Westergaard Madsen, Jesper Bugge Kold,
René Thorny and René Gonzalez Schelbeck. A rock historian, a fictional writer, a magician and a
former chef forms the collective and together they tell a tale of dust, of eyes filled with dirt and the
withering of a dream.
A faded chest of drawers led to the resurrection of Rodeo when it revealed a hidden treasure in the
form of old tapes from an incomplete recording session that had sunk into oblivion by the merciless
passing of the years.
Dust Bowl evokes the imagery of a lonely landscape that has crumbled to dust, a place that is still
haunted by memories and eroded dreams and where ghostly spirits roam the abandoned widths.
A world of men lost to civilization, where ancient wisdom has been forgotten and the land has
become the fenced in property of Man.
Armed with a plethora of instruments from twangy guitars and unstable tape recorders to
harmonium and hand percussion Rodeo plays a cinematic spacy kind of spaghetti western music
fueled by hallucinogenic desert plants and forgotten brews. The influences range from the works of
maestroes such as Morricone and Santaolalla over ambient tape manipulations to exotic psychedelia
and surf.
The members of Rodeo have been involved in a variety of Danish bands and projects from past to
present including names such as Western Skies Motel, Naked, Twinkle, and Biff Baxter Band.

From the passionate lands of France, Arnaud Galoppe, known as Focal and Kinosura, has hand-mixed an emotional labyrinth of dark techno and melancholy ambience in Ultimae’s latest compilation.
Polarity is a double-sided conglomerate of electronic expressions from all over the world, spanning across atmospheric soundworlds of intimate drone and deep, industrial progressions. 
This collection of heartwarming soundscapes and foot-stomping house beats is smoother than butter, a series of 26 top-notch tracks that paint an interesting, auditory adventure. Although the album has a minimalistic approach, it offers a surprisingly detailed production. Each track is layered with expert craftsmanship and hypnotic melodies laced against diverse, psychedelic noise echoing in the distance.
Polarity is certainly an experience worth traversing, and we are proud to host it as an excellent addition to any electronica connoisseur's sound-library.

We're proud to follow up our “Third Light” album with a companion selection of remixes entitled “The Light Within”, with the remixers hailing from across the globe *and* the bass music spectrum.
