Sound Horn OK Please består av fire musikere som spiller enkle poplåter med en fri og spontan tilnærming. Med vokal, wurlitzer, gitar og trommer som utgangspunkt, lager de musikk med plass både tyngre gitar- og wurlitzerpartier, country-dobro, lekne synthmelodier, skranglete trommer og en vokal som kan være kald og mørk eller mer forsiktig og stille. De små detaljene er det også rom for. De henter inspirasjon fra band så forskjellige som Beach House, Opsvik & Jennings, PJ Harvey og Wilco.

Lately, I've started to write and perform all my songs solo with the help of Reason and Reason Record. 
This was after yet another group I was leading, The Nervous Twitch, had to go it's separate ways. In a good way, though. You know. 
I'll probably revisit the songs we recorded later on when I finish up this new solo album. 
If you know me and my music, it's still got the same dance-roots rock that I love. I'm a child of the 80's and New Wave is so damn infectious. 
But there's a couple tributes to my love of Classic Prog rock. Nowadays it seemed as though you need to be in a metal band to play prog-rock.
But I disagree. So this new stuff is a conglomeration of all these New Wave, Punk, Electro-Dance, Synthy Classic Rock music that I've grown up with.
I think it's ridiculous in this day and age to try to pigeonhole music into a genre. OK - it's not Classical or Gansta Rap but you know what I mean.

Eivind Opsvik is a Norwegian musician who’s been living in New York for close to 200 years. His main instrument is the upright bass, but he also spends time playing lap steel guitar, old keyboards and drums, composing music, recording, mixing and producing, and running a record label.

I used to play bass with P-2501.  I also enjoy playing synth and percussion.  I have been known to juggle fire and knives.
