It would be difficult to remember the exact details of how the team was born after so much time, but one thing is certain – the Rf-Crew is the 2.0 version of an exceptional, music-mad group of friends. Founding members and name-givers: Dj Szamy & Dj Ad-M.
The crew first started spreading their wings around 2003 in “the heart of the Great Alföld (Hungarian Plain)” and was hugely inspired by the welcome their smaller-larger outdoor and indoor attempts to fly got. This is exactly what they needed. Thanks to the initial success and motivation, the path, idea and attitude towards life that the team would have liked to follow started unfolding in front of them.

Their first bigger milestone was the Tiszaparty organized in 2006 where the visitors were no longer entertained solely by Rf-Crew DJs, but also by the whole Hungarian goa scene’s cream of the crop who made their appearance as well. A long line of Tisza-parties followed, held in each consecutive year (2006,2007,2008,2009,2010). The great news of the weekend-long mini festival spread quickly and even crossed borders. There were more than 1000 visitors at the 2008 party held on the Rákóczifalva beach. In the meantime the Rf-Crew joined forces with the other big Alföld-based group of party organizers, the Thermal Team, which resulted in a series of psychedelic parties held in the Mindszent castle-spa; the Tavaszi Zsongás and Red October and later the Summer Open Air and Psylvester as well. It wasn’t long before the Mindszent castle became the “citadel of Alföld goa”, featuring local and foreign artists such as: Para Halu, Kalumet, Aurafood, Venom Sense, Deto, Mindflow, Yarn, Snag the Sunshepherd, JIS, Big Bacterials, Parallel Dialog, Champa, Basic, The Freak Show.

The Rf-Crew continues to play a significant role in the local goa scene today keeping true to their original philosophy. The events hosted by them are hallmarked by high standards, diversity and popularity. You can find their DJs on the lineups of many psychedelic music events.

Jungle Calling is a compilation made by Djs Govinda & Mikel and inspired by the wild jungle gathering we have been putting up in Goa since few years now. After more then 10 years of experience taking active part in festivals like Boom, Ozora, Sonica, Modem, Blackmoon and others we finally decided to open a record label and release music from our favourite artists selecting tracks from the most known ones like Ajja, Drip Drop, Gaspard and Dsompa. but also some emergent ones like Brain jam, Overload and Dimmitrion to give voice to great new artists that haven't been discovered by the audience yet. The type of sounds that we have been selecting is a mixture of organic feelings, groovy baselines and crunchy leads aiming to take you into a powerful hypnotic experience. got into electronic dance music in the late 80s doing the full rave experience 4.4 hardcore,techno,house,hard house,garage,nuenergy.
then i went to a future productions party (enlightenment) boom i found my scratch psycadelic trance.
as a dancer and psycadelic explora/
got very involved making free party's in the arches(Brighton) ovingdeen,warehouses, squats, ash-down forest and finally my own back yard.
had to leave went to India varshish ware i connected with the fins and started the standing wave project making party's in manarli,kesharl,shnarg,varshish,rajestarn,bombay,goa and copang gang.
thought a twist of life went to Israel in 97 and started psycotropiccarmel making hit and run party's in the forest up until 2006 (never busted)/
specialised in trance weddings(only in Israel?)
helped to release new artists like insect sun,dark soho,atain(injection,dna).
inspireing others like ultravoice,star x .
now after a 4 year break ive got new ears (432hz) to break the 440hz demon and bringing some fresh ideas to the scene to help our evolving conciousness
