"Are you okay?" It's often treated as the type of question that already has an answer in it when people easily say "yes" or "I'm fine" without much thought put into it. At times, so much is happening that we forget to keep in touch with ourselves. As such, we fail to realize the right time to stop and we lose ourselves. Perhaps then, it is the questions we ask that are wrong. It's not whether you will recover but whether or not you will allow yourself to recover. Will you allow yourself to take back that which you lost along the way? Will you allow yourself to move forward?
