THE SHEJAY (MUSIC CONNOISSEUR)

The SheJay started out as an MC from Milton Keynes (under the Moniker MC 1E) at the age of 17, performing alongside many big names( So Solid, Heartless Crew and Pay as You Go) in the UK House & Garage scene. Within this duration The SheJay worked alongside the Sidewinder brand for 2 years and subsequently formed and maintained relationships as a DJ with leading club promotions. 

A career spanning over 2 decades has seen The SheJay play alongside some of the worlds leading and talented DJs across various genres including

To add to to that she has been the feature DJ for such notable international acts as Neyo, Lloyd, Tevin Campbell, Blackstreet, Sizzla Kalonji, and Omarion.

The SheJay is currently a resident DJ for the Boxpark across three venues (Shoreditch, Croydon and Wembley), Laugh In The Box Comedy show and an official tour DJ for Stand Up Comedian and BBC Radio London presenter Aurie Styla. 

Without using DJing software, (Serato, Rekordbox etc) experiencing The SheJay murder a dance exemplifies dedication and execution to the over-saturated and rapidly declining breed of disc-jockey prioritising the art form whilst amalgamating other creative outlets including art and fashion to further elevate the scene and create soundtracks and joy to the audience.

Born in the 80s and raised in the 90s,  these two elder millennials discuss why they probably shouldn't be looked up to!
Discussing everything from love and relationships to wigs and politics, The Wrong Models can be trusted to be open and honest about everything life has to offer!
