song has lots going on full of pathos and poetry and lots of pretty sounds..guitars and vox arrangements so great sirs..wonderous track this

the excellent lyrics start with the title.....and continue to the end. super low-fi moody music. all three of your vocals hold emotion. youve done well to feed off and inspire each other vocally even though they all have a different sound. that makes for a wonderful dynamic. i bet you all get a great deal of joy from this awesome collab, as do we.

I never know what to expect when i hit play here...this is a nicely moody smooth surprise!

I was going to write a song about a political figure, I won't say the but name I'll use his initials: 
🍊💩🤡.  But i decided he takes up too much space in my brain, and in the world consciousness,  as it is. Withholding people's food as a bargaining tool to take away their healthcare, is just another typical day here in the usa. Anyway, instead I made it  into a breakup song. kind of. I kept the original title
(Rerecorded the vocals and fixed some of the more glaring issues, and it is much easier to listen to now)

This is a song that Josh and his cousin Paul came up with on Thanksgiving night, after everyone went to bed. They were working on a much longer composition, but got stuck in the jam after looking at each other and wordlessly saying, "this is the magic, stick with it." We were playing an electric guitar and a stand-up bass to a looper disco beat when we recorded this. So, of course, Josh asked Ken if he'd add some real drums, which he did as though he were in the room jamming with us. Then josh laid down some organ to go with the jam. Josh and Stephen also had the idea to add some banjo in here, which Stephen did like the excellent musician he is. He also managed to mix this live recording hybrid with exceptional skill. 
  This is an example of two musicians who are intimately familiar with each other, and each other's playing and sensibilities, accompanied by two other musicians who have become nearly as familiar over the past few years. Happy belated Turkey Day to everyone. We hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we enjoyed making it.
