In this transmission I share my perspectives on how to deal with heavy, dense and negative emotions and sensations, why they are coming up so strongly lately and how to navigate and process those feelings and receive the gift that is hidden within.

 I carefully selected Solfeggio Frequencies and Isochronic Tones that support us to get into a state of deep relaxation and present awareness. Certain frequencies support in letting go and being open for change, others help us remember our essence and balance and harmonize distorted and disharmonious patterns in our physical and energetic bodies.

Prabumi is a collaborative effort initiated by Muktito Adhitya, an electronic music producer and musician. He began his career at a young age, composing music as early as 7 years old. Over time, Muktito became increasingly drawn to exploring life through travel and immersion in nature. He developed a deep fascination and appreciation for the sounds of nature and felt compelled to preserve them through the medium of music, harnessing the harmonious melodies and harmonies they offer. Prabumi represents one of Muktito's most recent explorations into music, incorporating the sounds of nature, traditional world music instruments, and the earth itself. Guided by his passion and intuition, Muktito has masterfully fused these organic elements into a rich tapestry of dynamic music, imbued with the beauty of nature's own symphonies.

The first part of my second long mix providing a musical space for journeys within. Expect 2nd part in 1st half of October 2018

At some track transitions nature sounds are used, for others a track is mixed into the next. For a few silence is used. This is done, as it for me is important to focus also on the silence and ambient sounds of our planet. It is from this, that the music arises. "Part 1 - Settling" is meant for settling in, arriving at the place where you listen to this music.
"Part 2 - Going Deep" is meant for the real work, where you on your journey travel within. The music can here help you experience different states and emotions and will guide you through
"Part 3 - Coming Back" will be posted in the near future , and is meant slowly to bring you back, letting go of your inner work, and integrate it in a state of celebration in a space of love and light

so happy to share this recorded set from an amazing night we had of deep healing and connection to the heart . what an honor to play after the truly divine peia that vibrated deep into my being , this is the first 3 hours of my set that night that was so powerful to me i felt deep connection to the dancing beings and to spirit. so blessed for this music and sounds . sending my love to all
