A Voice Of Your Own is a new indie/chill/grunge band from the Dayton,Ohio area. A Voice Of Your Own blends traditional pop song structures, and low fi indie influences with a diy approach. Drawing from a variety of different artists such as Tom Petty, Interpol, The Cars, Beck, and The White Stripes, AVOYO started as a solo project formed by producer, guitarist, and song writer James Crabtree.  As a solo project, AVOYO had previously independently released two full length albums and now as a performing band have a new LP titled "Vines On The Lines" set to release on 2/10/18. A Voice Of Your Own currently consists of James Crabtree (guitar/vocals), Johnny McConnell (bass), Levi Short (guitar/vocals) Tylur Kahnle (guitar) and Matt Mihalus (drums).

Music is my greatest passion and my fuel. If you ask me what is my dream, I would tell you that I am living it right now. Making my own songs, in my own room, with my equipment and ideas. Love is living in my songs, explaining the pure feelings and honesty. Two most important things in my life, as a person. The lyrics are in my language, cause I think I can express my emotions stronger in my native language. My favorite band since childhood was The Corrs, and Irish music gives me power and happiness so lots of their influences went through my music. I sometimes feel like I was born in Ireland. I feel that music so I love to combine those instruments and sounds with modern pop. My only goal is to create more songs, to publish it in any way and to hear some of these: "Your song helped me through tough times", "You touched me with your song".....

The 89 are a British-French indie rock duo, combining garage styled electronic drums beats with brash aggressive guitar riffs. Formed in 2016 the duo's debut record is due for release in 2018...
