SoapBox is an independent producer of music & spoken word events in Ipswich, hosting gigs in a variety of venues including pubs, arts centre, festivals. We support poets & original musicians and have a reputation for finding artists at the beginning of their journey. Everything we do is heartfelt and overflowing with passion. This is both a full time occupation and an all consuming passion.

Simon Williams & The Neverists is the name given to an ever changing collective of musicians who record and perform with singer/songwriter Simon Williams.    

Simon has been touring in the U.K and overseas in the U.S playing at venues such as Arlene’s grocery and Piano’s in New York, The Whiskey A Go Go, The Mint and The Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles and more locally The Dublin Castle , KoKo and The Bedford in London.

recently Simon has acted as a main support act for Noah and The Whale, Peter Bjorn and John , Glen Matlock, The Magic Numbers, The Alabama 3 and Wildflowers.

Music of Substance is a brand new Publishing and Sync agency based in London. We currently have a catalogue of around 200 songs from a growing number of original artists. Our selection has been carefully curated to deliver inspiring and original music, unavailable elsewhere.

I'm a bass player, playing for +20, years, in various originals and covers/function bands. I have a great interest in the production of music, film and photography and regularly these interests crossover in my role as bass player and where ever I go.

Currently I am the bass player/co-songwriter for originals band Nightfires (www.souncloud.com/nightfires-uk)and bass player for covers band Wolf & Man (www.facebook.com/wolfandmanlive.
