And the Earth was without form and void, and darkness was on the face of the deep… and then sometime around 2009, probably a Thursday, Sarah decided enough was enough, there was new Metal to be had and it was she that would have a go at it. So together with her band of grumpy old men (Ivo and Rich) they set out together and decided that it would be a good idea to make it awesome.
So through the primordial ooze they trod, crafting and honing their ideas of crazy songs with weird titles, fast bits and odd time signatures. Until one day in 2013, around tea time, they stumbled across a rather peculiar creature following a packed gig in Camden, he said his name was Victor and he liked to hit strings with his thumb. Instantly they knew that his man was a fool, but they took pity on him and asked if he would have a go at bass instead, and lo, it was good.
Now united under a banner of Metal, their collective frustrations with the mechanical corrupted society that had grown up around them drove them on. These once meek and friendly souls knew that they would have to use their powers for good. They decided that they had a voice and whilst that voice was slightly unhinged, it did at times make sense of this suffocating deluge of lies, hatred and pain that was filling humanity.
This is the beginning of their story. There are no happy endings to be had here, only truths and justice.

A bizarre band from ol' London town, Chernobyl Sunshine Club have been played on BBC radio 6, Headlined at the o2 in Islington and still manage to find time for their soul-crushing day jobs. A fusion of Spaghetti Western, Video game score and indie, the boys have been described as the sound of "a film with an epic car-on-fire outro". Listen if you feel like it.

At the young age of 11 an old family friend handed me down my first guitar. 

‘Music is your destiny’ he told me, ‘take care of this guitar’.  

A week later I broke the guitar over my brothers head in a game of wrestling.

I knew little back then.  I mean I loved music but as far as I was concerned I was going to become a professional footballer.  It wasn’t until years later that I decided to give up football in order to pursue a career in music.

Lessons weren’t for me (as I was never good at being told what to do) so instead I decided to teach myself, discovering the instrument through blind eyes.

Influenced by thrash metal, I wanted nothing more than to be the heaviest and fastest guitar player.  As I got older however I began to discover various artists such as Gary Moore, Jonny Lang and Stevie Ray Vaughn.  My mind was opened up to the art of song writing and that’s where my true passion lies ever since.

I’ve worked in various bands from metal to blues, touring my hometown and Europe. I have decided that it is now time to embark on my solo career where I have the opportunity to write and bring through the different sides of music in me.

For me music is what drives my whole life and emotions, from bringing me up to bringing me down.  There is a song for every feeling.  Music is the one thing you can always rely on to be there for you.


I make mediocre metal demos and used to play bass in R.I.P. Sanity.

I plan to upload a 5 volume, 50 song Demo project I have been working on for some time. They are ranged in order of when they were written so the songs in the first volume are a fair bit more basic than some of the latter ones. All songs are metal instrumetal but designed with the idea of having vocals added at some point (I neither sing nor write lyrics myself). The songs are by no means a finished product, just to represnt an idea so excuse the mistakes and sloppy playing!

DAMN DICE are a five-piece Hard-Rock / Metal band from London, at the forefront of the UK's underground rock scene. With their adrenaline fuelled performance and larger than life stage show they have quickly earned a loyal and expanding fan base. 

Together since 2011, the band started with a flurry of live shows, including a UK and European tour supporting LA Guns. During 2012 and 2013 the band continued playing a number of profile headline shows and released their 6 track EP whose sound was described by Classic Rock AOR magazine as being 'like a punch in the balls from a spiked glove'.

Their video clip for 'Take The Fight' received rotation on Scuzz TV and the band have appeared in various publications including Classic Rock AOR, Music Week, Powerplay and Black Velvet, as well as tracks from the album having radio airplay.

Damn Dice now return with their blistering new album ‘The Great Unknown’, which contains twelve slabs of hard hitting rock and metal. From the explosive beatings of the aptly named ‘Power’, to the anthemic guile of their single ‘What Now?’, the colossal drive of ‘The Way To Go’, and the contagious vigour of their current video ‘Take The Fight’, the album is destined to pull in an army of new followers. With a hefty touring schedule planned for the rest of the year, big things lie ahead for Damn Dice.
