What an epic way to call in clarity for 2023! At a party called VISION!  I didn't record my set, but I did record my run through, and here it is!  It feels amazing to connect with music and to dance and thats what this mix is all about. I have Eternal gratitude for all my listeners and the abundance of amazing sounds in my life.

Welcome to Intentional! This is the fifth installment from my set at the Tinlicker tour stop at Sound in Los Angeles.

It was an honor to support this show, as Tinlicker are in my top favorite producers. 

To honor the mix series ethos I’ll be sharing my monthly intentions with you all.

This month my intention is to slow down in the way I move, speak, and go about my days. It's been pivotal in order to optimize my nervous system, my health, my joy in life and even in productivity to take my time and particularly really plug into my intuition and feelings. It's so easy to get caught up in the go-go-go of life; slowing down is truly a superpower that I've cultivated and is a daily practice, and taking a month where it's the one priority feels just right, especially as I dive into end of year reflections...
