Into the Looking Glass

My roots come from classical music, My fans in Russia and China put this record on tons of blogs calling it NeoClassical which is wonderful I have a name now;)   
When I was younger the piano was the only one who I felt I could share my dreams, soul and stories with. It was magic it felt everything and I could express everything words never could say. These are imperfect, I've lost the masters to some on dead drives but people ask for them so I am releasing them. They are raw, sketches , raw emotions. To this day music is the closest thing I have to a other half. This isn't about pop songs or hooks this is about emotions and expression not a hit song. I write those too but this is something else, this is where I go alone late at night sometimes.

Our big friend Terra Melodica celebrates a new release in Beatfreak Recordings. "Discordia" E.P. comes after his previous hits "Incessus" and the magical remix of "Segmento". This time he is introducing a 3 cuts E.P. "Blast Off", "Discordia" and "Hexagon". "Blast off" it's a Melodic techno track which includes some sensual and sweet French vocals. "Discordia" presents an interesting breackdown surrounded by some vocal choirs and eclectic melodies with alternative sound during the main parts of the track. "Hexagon" is the deepest song of the EP. Some mysterious and tensional voices introduce the beautiful breakdown, another organic and indie elements build the full essence of the song.

A very new aspect in Christian’s work on this album is the use of vocals. While he used vocal samples for the first time in his collaboration with Ki-colleague and friend Steffen Kirchhoff on their Split EP for Ki Records, more complex vocal structures find their way into his music on „A Forest“. In the track „Eleven“ Christian works with Mohna, singer of Hamburg based band Me Succeeds, and uses her fragile voice throughout a whole track.
