Nachdem vor einem Jahr das Debütalbum „Progressive Body Music“ für
Aufsehen in der weltweiten Elektroszene sorgte, folgt nun der zweite Streich: "BHAMBHAMHARAs schöne Welt“ heißt das Nachfolgealbum der Nerds aus dem Norden. BHAMBHAMHARA schaffen hier ein Werk, das seinesgleichen sucht. Mit spitzzüngigem Zynismus und intelligenter Wortwahl kommentieren BHAMBHAMHARA das Leben, die Liebe, Politik und den Tod und alles was damit verbunden ist.
„Die Dritte Welt haben wir vergessen, egal wir haben genug zu essen!“ heißt es im Titelsong „So ‚ne schöne Welt“. „We are fucking for freedom“ ist das zentrale Motto in „Schau auf!" „Wir brauchen keine Singles, wir brauchen mehr Musik“ richtet sich in „Ich hör die Single nicht“ gegen die Mechanismen der kommerziellen Plattenindustrie, die auf Eintagsfliegen und Castingshows setzen anstatt ihren Künstlern eine Entwicklungsphase über ein paar Alben zu gönnen. Die Texte klingen schon fast nach HipHop allererster Güte, doch die Musik ist reinster PBM (Progressive Body Music) und lädt zum Tanzen ein. Bei der Produktion dieses Albums kamen keine Tiere zu Schaden.


Almost one year ago the debut album "Progressive Body Music" was released and caused a sensation in the global electronic music scene.
Now "BHAMBHAMHARAs schöne Welt" is the follow-up album of the Nerds from the north. BHAMBHAMHARA create a work that has no equal. With cynicism and smart choice of words BHAMBHAMHARA comment life, love, politics and death and all that is associated with it.
The lyrics sound almost like HipHop first rate, but the music
is the purest PBM (Progressive Body Music) and invites you to dance. No animals were harmed during the production of this album.

Eduardo Castillo’s music encompasses his depth in the study of the industry and influences stemming from a South American and European upbringing.  His studies in music composition, orchestration and opera provide him with a vast understanding of harmonies, dynamics and musical textures.  Eduardo uses a subtle ethnomusicologist’s approach to music.  His record collection reads like a music history book.  In fact his eclecticism is quite enticing.  Sounds of Jazz, Avant –Garde, Middle Eastern, South American, Afro-Cuban folk, Soul, Funk, and electronic minimalism, can be heard in his compositions, his singing, his dj sets, and his playing of instruments, whether in their pure form or intertwined with down, mid and up-tempo electronic treatments.  
Ultimately, simplicity is what Eduardo strives for.  An effort is always made to have a fresh organic sound while inevitably providing touches of technological advances shaping music today, never overwhelming and always sophisticated and tasteful.

Eduardo's mission is to always become a storyteller from beginning to end. Every record he plays has a very important intention. The music in his selections does not just fill time, it weaves in and out with dynamic and texture. The music, and his improvisational live remixing, are brush strokes on a canvas that once he's reached the end, will look like a world of realism and fantasy all in one. He's a master at layering the musical with the technical and the surreal with the real.
Eduardo always leaves an indelible mark with his style and impeccable understanding of his environment.

Eduardo Castillo has several releases on the groundbreaking Crosstown Rebels label, Sol Selectas, Half Seas Over.   He is the founder of the infamous HABITAS, GRAND PARK SUNDAY SESSIONS, VOODOO, AND PATTERN BAR from Los Angeles.  He is as passionate about creating magical experiences as he is about leading listeners in a beautifully crafted sonic journey.

Irving Force and the soundtrack that follows him was created by Adam Skog, a metal musician from Stockholm turned electronic music producer. 

His love for sci-fi, horror as well as action films of the 80′s and 90′s guides him as he scores the scenes for the retro-futuristic Irving Force movie playing in his head. A master at blending the retro synth sounds with more modern ones, Irving Force creates music with a strong retro electronic vibe but also with enough aggression to give it an electro-industrial-rock edge, something that his new single “Violence Suppressor” makes quite clear with its Thrash Metal influences and Cyberpunk aesthetics. 

Add 3 remixes by some of dark Synthwave’s baddest boys around too, namely Gör FLsh, Volkor X and Hollywood Burns and this “Violence Suppressor” crime fighting unit becomes so metal it even makes Robocop look like a lightweight.

The Anix - Sleepwalker

The Anix - Resident One

The Anix is the electronic-rock project of Los Angeles composer / producer Brandon Smith. Combining his love of cinematic sci-fi, anime and comic books with synthesizers, electronic programming, alternative rock, powerful vocal hooks and anthemic choruses, The Anix creates a visionary future of art and music.

Originally founded in 2000 by brothers Brandon & Logan Smith with long time friend Chris Dinger, the group toured the Hollywood rock club circuit for several years. After writing hundreds of songs and playing countless shows, the band signed a deal in 2008 to record their first full length studio album titled Demolition City. The band then landed a deal with The Diesel Management Group and toured throughout Europe on the “Rocket Science Tour” with electronic masterminds Apoptygma Berzerk.

In 2011 The Anix signed a record deal with Cleopatra Records to record their second studio album titled Sleepwalker. In 2016, The Anix began the process of reinventing themselves, shifting away from a touring band into a studio project. After a full year of development, the group emerged with Ephemeral in March 2017 as their 2nd album on Cleopatra Records.

In 2018, The Anix completed their metamorphosis from band to solo project as front-man & songwriter Brandon Smith signed with FiXT, the artist-owned/operated independent record label of electronic-rock pioneer Klayton (Celldweller, Scandroid, Circle of Dust). Focusing on releasing regular singles throughout the year, The Anix is poised to embrace the future.
