Artist Info:
Sao Paulo, Brazil, native Keith Holland spent his formative years as an apprentice, with the overarching goal of figuring out how to build the best possible sonorities for dance floors. Vibrant synthesizers and a deep, resonant bass are Keith's primary compositional instruments, and they work together to create an abundance of musical possibilities. Keith's most recent single, "Dilema," was heavily supported by Dixon and Âme, leading to the track's presence on the Innervisions, Secret Weapons 14 compilation. The time and energy he put into composing new ideas ultimately landed him contracts with the record labels Buttress Records (Enzo Elia, Lehar, and Musumeci) and Sum Over Histories. (Frankey & Sandrino) With this newfound confidence, he's ready to move forward with his life's work in the thrilling world of music.

Giza DJs, consisting of Gian Pietro Dragoni and Tiziano Santomaso, are a renowned Italian electronic music duo known for their distinctive style blending melodic synths with raw effects, inspired by the Dolomite mountains. They've gained recognition in the underground music scene, releasing tracks on prominent labels and receiving support from artists like Solomun, Nicole Moudaber, and Pete Tong. Their 2020 track "Dolce" reached the Beatport Indie Dance top 100, and their 2022 EP "Acid Afternoon" for Diynamic became a best-seller, solidifying their position in the industry. XYZ and When We Dip present the Selectors series, where we give our family of producers an opportunity to display their prowess behind the decks. Expect unreleased material from across the label collective, as well as classic gems and heady grooves from some of the underground's finest selectors.

For this week’s episode, XYZ is thrilled to have Argentinian powerhouse, Djolee, gracing the show. On the cusp of he & Gespona’s first remix with the label and fresh off the launch of their very own Rummel,  he commemorates the occasion with a set that will leave you breathless. Mostly composed of unreleased tracks and IDs, each beat is infused with a primal energy that makes for an unforgettable hour.

In their version of ‘What Do You Want Me to Say,’  Gespona & Djolee craft huge percussion rolls and manipulate White’s layers and textures. The two artists leave room for the memorable hook halfway through, which then recedes in favour of the heavy drums.
