On Friday, March 13th, the entire Berlin nightlife was officially shut down in order to prevent the spread of the corona virus. The existence of all over 250 live music venues, such as clubs, is under threat. This means that more than 9,000 employees and tens of thousands of artists are suddenly without employment and the many places that create identity for Berlin are on the brink of ruin.
